Will it fit? A pair of double-sided SPD pedals with a standard 9/16 inch axle, fitting virtually every adult crank. You need 2-bolt SPD shoes, and the matching SM-SH56 cleats are included. This is SPD, not SPD-SL: if your shoes take a three-bolt road cleat, you want the PD-RS500 instead.
